I had the pleasure of working with Rick. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and made every effort to solve the issue and calm my nerves. If you are having to deal with expert level problems, then they charge up to $500. But the good part is that the are willing to negotiate with you on that price if it is not affordable to you. I am very very pleased with the help I received and highly recommend working with them!!...
