This client provides commercial operations support for craft brands, including pricing, budgeting and brand planning, legal counsel specific to regulations, compliance, & distributor agreements, supply chain, new product development & marketing, commercial strategy, and market expansion. 

A premiere home designer in the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, Faith House came to us  in need of a beautiful new website to display her work to potential clients. We worked closely with Faith to create a website that works for her now, with features coming to carry her into the future.

I inherited website maintenance responsibilities for a site serving a small community association. I knew nothing about maintaining a website. I was surprised. by how intuitive much of the Wix platform is, but I did encounter issues I just couldn't figure out as I worked to make our website more dynamic and to add significant content/capabilities to a secure members' only section. In addition, I have no design experience and wanted our site to look more professional. 

Kristin was awesome.  I came away from our initial conversation feeling that she understood my issues and what I was trying to accomplish. She had reviewed our site ahead of time and she was very upfront about what was possible within my limited budget and I wasn't subjected to any "upsell" pressure.  We agreed to a plan of work.

She helped me work through my highest priority issues and  modified our home page. The changes to the home page were a perfect illustration of the value of a design professional. The changes weren't huge, but they introduced a "wow" factor that was really exciting. 

Throughout the process, I also appreciated the feedback and encouragement on the work I was doing. 

Highly recommend this provider.  I got exactly what I wanted and actually a bit more than I had hoped for on my budget. I'm a tiny customer undoubtedly accounting for a minuscule component of her annual work, but I never felt like one.  I look forward to working with her again in my next fiscal year to address a few remaining topics.

This is to share our experience with Wix.com, and in particular, one of their professional design partners, Graphic Edge KC.

In preparation for release of their first EP, “Cut the Mustard,” Nashville Rockabilly Artists, Wild Bill and the Bruisers undertook the DIY development of their own website.  The DIY side of Wix.com was a very attractive cost-conscious factor in our choice, so we jumped in.  Finally, with all our media loaded, the Bandsintown plugin populated and synced, etc., it was looking good, except for a few minor complications. 

Happily, Wix.com has what we learned is a particularly valuable link, “Hire a Professional…”  

To be properly matched with our professional, the form asks that we briefly explain our project.  We stated that all was nearly complete, and consistent with the DIY nature of the product, we were looking for a “coach” to accomplish the last steps.  We said that in a perfect world, we wanted someone in a video conference with screen sharing to examine our fledgling site to evict and the gremlins.  

The very same afternoon that we submitted the request, Kristin Tripp with Graphic Edge KC sent an email and ultimately in a little over an hour together, we were able to finish.  

We were overjoyed!
