The payment schedule is very clearly stated in the signed agreement, but if you needed more time, simple communication would've solved it. Disappearing and not paying your bills and leaving a bad review for getting a payment reminder is not a fair way to do business. We take our reputation very seriously and for 8 years in business this is the first time we have got a review like that. 

Slow, sloppy and over priced. I'd never select them again and I don't appreciate the harassing emails and texts for payment before the project was even finished.
