Migration to Wix Studio for an Artisan bakery in Plymouth Massachusetts

'Website in a Week' Package organising over 200 actors that 33 Entertainment Group manages in London and New York.

Relational databases, dynamic pages, randomised galleries showcasing artists work such as appearing in Wicked, Les Mis, Bridgerton, The Crown & Mamma Mia!

The website was previously on Squarespace so using Wix Studio was a good choice in terms of responsiveness.

CMS is being used to update the Stand Portfolio from the Wix Dashboard.

It will be fast and easy for them to update the stands themselves, but my Power Hour service is always there if they need updates or help with the site going forward.

Migration from WordPress to allow the client update themselves, this whole process was completed in the Website in a Week package on Wix Studio.  Includes case study's, project pages and services.

VIP Design Day package for a client site built in Wix Studio but they needed it customised before launching.  Including dynamic page content that can be easily updated and added to now.

Website Design from scratch for Bath based singer songwriter.  To bring out her personality we used her handwriting to display the menu and main header. 
 Her sister provided the amazing photography and we also worked together again on her new music video shot entirely on a drone in the Welsh mountains.

Migration of site to Wix with over 700 products for a sustainable store.

Classis website to showcase Costume Designer Portfolio.  Clean 3 page website.  Complimentary minimal fonts make this a clean 3 page website using Wix Pro Gallery to showcase videos of Kostyas work.

BAPT - The British Association for Psychological Type.

This was a migration from their WordPress site to Wix.

BAPT provides a forum, network, and resources for individuals interested in understanding and using personality type for their own and others’ growth.

Website Design, branding, logo, business cards, booking system.  Smoogles Design has now been working on the Ally Massage website for over 3 years.  Involved in redesigns, SEO, updates, fixes that make Ally Massage Therapy show on page one on Google in Bath City and the surrounding areas for mobile massage.

Redesign focusing on the landing page to showcase the startup company.  Full screen background video used to hint at what the company fulfils while using the large text to provide more detail.

Migration and redesign of site from WordPress.  The owner chose to migrate so he could manage updates himself easier.  The initial template had been selected by him and Smoogles was involved in giving the whole site a more professional touch and optimising all the galleries and mobile site.

A network for Jamaican women to interact.  This was a redesign which included most of the apps that WIX has to offer included.  There was a forum, blog, groups, membership, donate section, member pages and more.

Redesign for computer scientist Mary Lou Jepsen of Openwater.  There was a lot of data in the older website version that was given more of a visual representation such as the investor scrolling section on the frontpage, the press page and the events page.  All these three sections are all populated using content managers and repeaters or Pro Galleries which makes it more efficient to update.

Editor X site with Blog from scratch focusing on elevator scenes from Films, TV and Adverts.  The focus on this design was to maximise the movement of lifts using sticky position to imitate.  

Redesign for company that offers juniors online and schools learning.  All the information and data was there but it needed to be more visual and fun without being too cute.

Rory created a Wix website for me three years ago. I loved it and did not hesitate to go back to him for updates. I booked a Powerhour and was impressed with the amount he managed to get through in an hour. It also gave me the opportunity to learn a thing or two. Highly recommended.

I worked with Rory during a Power Hour on my website. We met beforehand to discuss options and ideas and he listened to what I wanted as well as offering his own ideas for improvements.

During the hour, I learnt a lot just by watching him navigate the Wix platform which has then informed by own practice.

I really like the concept of the Power Hour and the interactive nature of doing it live with the website owner.

Superb interactive session. I've had experience of someone else amending, and returning their results to me and I'm not a fan. This is a fantastic opportunity to see the alterations being made in front of you, so you can influence the design as it's happening. The Power Hour is an efficient use of time.  I not only updated everything I needed to one one of my sites, I was also able to utilise time on our final call to get advice about things that had been bugging me about one of my other sites. Rory is great at being ready to work on time and follow up.  He is also open to receiving a to-do list in advance of a meeting for the power hour.  This has been critical for checking things off my list and keeping things moving forward. I would definitely recommend him.
